hi, ive been on this website afew times checking updates and reading the emails i get.. and in the last 1 i realised "wtf did the date change or something? im sure when i last visited the site something i was doing clashed with the dates.." but either i was wrong or the date changed.. either way.. i can now come.. and since i can come my friend will probably want to come.. but i got afew questions 1st..

#1 What kind of time should we arrive at?
#2 can we still get seats next to eachother?
#3 is the venue easy to find
and #4 are there any shops etc closeby for us to go buy mass energy drinks from? .

plz reply soon, im excited and wanna book my tickets ASAP .

i am not a admin so don't take my answers official but i am a forum hog so i know all the answers!!

Well on friday i am not totally sure, me and joosebug are planning to get there around 2pm-3pm. maybe earlier to help set up/

#2 can we still get seats next to eachother?

If you check the seating plan i am sure there is space for both of you to sit next to eachother, if not i am sure if you request on the forums, and the other person agrees then they will swap for you.

#3 is the venue easy to find

Its not that easy to find for the first time, the instructions are clear though, What i mean by not easy is that it is not on a main road, more in a residential area.

#4 are there any shops etc closeby for us to go buy mass energy drinks from? .

There is a small shopping place nearby with a villiage cafe, takeways and a Co-OP store. There is a ASDA near by that is about a 15 min drive.

Thanks D3th, just to expand a little

• 1) this states the opening and closing times (10 am Friday, although you can arrive earlier if you want, but we won't be finished setting up
• 2) Yep, look here the Yellow team has seats available
• 3) Easy is a relative term there is a map (link on the left hand side) with a fairly easy route on it. The admins will be onhand on the day, so PM us for contact details if you want them
• 4) As D3th said, there is a shop a short walk away, as well as the Co-op and various takeaways. There is also a morrisons a short drive away, and the ASDA a bit further out. I'm sure people will be taking trips to each over the course of the weekend and will be happy to let you tag along while you get your bearings

aha cool, thanks.. i'll find out tonight if my m8 managed to get friday off work.. and if so then we'll see you around midday on friday if not then we will still come, but probably not until later friday evening.. .. we will book our tickets within next few days.. thanks alot for the info .

im sure i saw somewhere that the cnc3 tourney has 8 people in it and 8 was its maximum, but i really love the game and would love to enter, and im sure my friend would want to enter aswell... its not too late is it?

the CnC3 tournament is fully booked up, however, don't give up home...

check this thread and you will see that we are looking to "upgrade" to a 2v2 tournament, if enough people are interested

I think at the last count, we needed another three expressions of interest to change the format from 1v1 to 2v2. With you and your buddy showing interest, we just need one more dude. Hell, if no one else steps up, I'll play just to give the other seven the game they want.

Although I can't promise being of any use to my teammate as, despite really enjoying C&C and Starcraft and such things, I've never touched C&C3.

do 1 2vs2 tourney and 1 1vs1 tourney? and hey if you got starcraft installed maybe i can give you a game on that ^_^?

but.. if me and my friend come and you play aswell.. then thats 11/16 o.o 5 freewins isnt much of a problem..

^_^ the problem for me is that 2vs2 is much less skillful than 1vs1 because in 2vs2 the bases are too close and there are 2 many resources, so it gets to late game waaay to quickly .

but i rly rly wanna play the cnc3, its my #1 priority ..

Ah we'll have no time for official 1v1 and 2v2 competitions. Nothing to stop some impromptu 1v1 action outside of any official tournament though.
